Enter The Poet - Listening To Classical Music

Sometimes I find myself without the money.
Often I find myself without the time.
Many times I find myself without either.

Synergistic moments. I had to think about that for a bit.

These are moments where there is an spontaneous interaction with someone else, lapses of synergism.

With people, especially friends and family. Like at the soda bar with my 10 yr son. He got ice--oops! too much, so I hold my cup next to his and he puts some from his into mine, now we have perfect ice in two cups. He gets root beer and I reach over his arm to get Diet Coke. As I seperate two lids, he peels straws, I put lids on he puts straws in, we are good to go. No words were exchanged. Dad watched.

My horse knows what will happen next. I come out of the equipment shed holding a hoof pick and her is holding up one leg to have his foot cleaned. Some people have to cluck and pinch the leg to get the foot up.

Driving on the boarding stable past the workshed, I see them unpacking equipment from styrofoam. I have been thinking of ways I could do my art project without it because I can't find any styrofoam. So I put the window down. "Can I have that styrofoam?" "How much do you need?" Recycle, save the planet.

It happens sometimes in parking lots, where things go just right and everyone gets a good space and nobody crashes into Granny.

People like to make goals and work to meet them, they like to plan so things they hate won't happen. It's the things that happen in between that can make a day better.
