Enter The Poet - Dreaming Of A Pleasant Christmas
I ponder of the day to come, and question how I might feel
I wonder if it will be pleasant, and if the air will have a chill
Some days time passes too fast; most days move far too slow
Some days I know exactly what to feel; other days, I just never know
I like to look forward for holidays; family and friends around
There is sometimes sorrow; but we do not need to be bound
So I am dreaming of a pleasant Christmas, as I do each year
One where everyone finds some true hope, and maybe a little cheer
I wonder if it will be pleasant, and if the air will have a chill
Some days time passes too fast; most days move far too slow
Some days I know exactly what to feel; other days, I just never know
I like to look forward for holidays; family and friends around
There is sometimes sorrow; but we do not need to be bound
So I am dreaming of a pleasant Christmas, as I do each year
One where everyone finds some true hope, and maybe a little cheer
