It’s the middle of the evening, and I awaken in a fright The day has swiftly passed, and soon the dead of night I have prepared for this, and should not be off-guard The busyness of the day, seemed to have hit me hard I now move with swiftness; this task I must not fail I gather my apparel with haste; ready for the trail The assembling will be harsh, if I am not ready for the fray I have had more than enough time, to prepare for this day I bind myself up, collect my wits; ready to stand hardy I forgot to set the alarm, and I am very late for the party
